KB Financial Group Builds Integrated MyData 'KB Customer Data Platform'

KB Financial Group announced on the 28th that it has established the 'KB Customer Data Platform,' the first integrated platform in the financial group that consolidates MyData collected from each affiliate.

The 'KB Customer Data Platform' is a cloud-based integrated analysis platform that allows the five MyData operators?KB Kookmin Bank, KB Securities, KB Insurance, KB Card, and KB Capital?to jointly utilize financial MyData across affiliates.

KB Financial plans to provide customized products tailored to individual customer needs through standardized classification systems and advanced customer analysis using the integrated group MyData. Moving forward, KB Financial will continuously improve the analysis models of the 'KB Customer Data Platform' to proactively respond to actual customer needs and market trends, establishing a direction for product development and thereby offering differentiated products.

Additionally, KB Financial will implement privacy safeguards to meticulously manage customer data on the 'KB Customer Data Platform.' Data will be provided based on customer consent, with thorough management of user access rights, including the anonymization of personal credit information.
