They also emphasized their pledge to fully relocate the National Assembly to Sejong City, appealing for political reform by declaring an end to Yeouido politics.

The launch ceremony was attended by Emergency Response Committee Chairman Han Dong-hoon, In Yo-han, the election campaign committee chairman of the People Power Party’s proportional satellite party, and candidates Park Jung-hoon, Bae Hyun-jin, and Kim Geun-sik, who are running in Songpa-gu Gap, Eul, and Byeong districts respectively. Chairman Han, wearing a red jumper, visited the cabbage and fruit auction sites, meeting with union leaders and merchants as part of his public livelihood campaign. He asked merchants about fruit prices and said, "There are signs that prices are stabilizing, but it is still far from enough. The people must be having a hard time. I feel sorry and we need to do better."
At the launch ceremony, Chairman Han also emphasized the call for judgment against the opposition party. He said, "We will definitely achieve political reform. As a prerequisite, we will judge the criminal alliance of Lee and Jo (Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party, and Cho Kuk, leader of the Innovation Party)," adding, "Beyond that, we believe we can further improve the livelihood and economy."
Furthermore, Chairman Han reiterated his promise for the complete relocation of the National Assembly. He stated, "I have pledged the complete relocation of the National Assembly with the goals of political reform, balanced regional development, and Seoul development," adding, "It will be a symbolic end to Yeouido politics." He also said, "(The Democratic Party) sarcastically said that the government should just relocate the National Assembly, but that is a distortion of the facts. It requires changing the National Assembly Act. Because the major party, the Democratic Party, is blocking the amendment to the National Assembly Act, we have made this pledge."
The day before, Chairman Han announced the pledge for the complete relocation of the National Assembly to Sejong, 14 days before the general election. He said, "Our promise for the complete relocation of the National Assembly means moving everything to Sejong. The site is already prepared in Sejong, and construction is planned," adding, "The complete relocation to Sejong will address administrative inefficiency, promote national balanced development, and revitalize the regional economy?achieving three goals at once." He continued, "Seoul will be actively developed into a mega city centered on finance and culture through deregulation reforms," and promised, "We will listen carefully to the opinions of Seoul citizens and consult with the Seoul Metropolitan Government to transform the Yeouido National Assembly building and its site into a new landmark of Seoul."
The Presidential Office also responded to Chairman Han, stating, "The Presidential Office plans to request related ministries to accelerate the installation of the President’s second office in Sejong City, a campaign pledge from the presidential election."
