On Thursday the 28th, the whole country will be mostly cloudy with rain.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, rain will begin in the early morning in the Seoul metropolitan area, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and the coastal areas of Jeonnam, then expand to most regions nationwide by the morning.

The rain will mostly stop by evening, but in the eastern Gyeongsang region, it may continue until late at night.

In particular, the coastal areas of Gyeongnam and Jeju Island should be cautious as strong rain of 10 to 20 mm per hour accompanied by gusts and thunder/lightning may occur from morning to evening.

The morning low temperature is forecast to be between 5 and 11 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea nearshore waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea.
