"Seeking Mutual Growth with Partners"... Hyundai Transys Holds Partners Day

Hyundai Transys announced on the 27th that it held the '2024 Partners Day' at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul on the 26th. This event is an opportunity to invite representatives of major partner companies to explore ways for mutual growth and share visions.

The event was attended by Hyundai Transys President Yeosu Dong, key executives, and representatives from 107 major partner companies. President Yeo said, "To establish Hyundai Transys as a leader in mobility solutions in the electrification era, we will strengthen communication with our partners and continue close cooperation."

Through a mid- to long-term strategy briefing, Hyundai Transys shared its mid- to long-term product mass production plans, future development strategies, and key initiatives for this year with its partners. In particular, discussions were held on risk response strategies for mutual growth, sales expansion plans through new business proposals, strengthening education to improve partner capabilities, and securing the competitiveness necessary for Hyundai Transys and its partners to leap forward together.

In addition to this annual regular event, Hyundai Transys supports its partners through the mutual growth program 'PARTNer.'

This program supports partners through five key initiatives: ▲Progress (corporate development support) ▲Assistance (corporate sustainability support) ▲Reinforcement (capability enhancement support) ▲Technology (technical support) ▲Network (communication channel establishment). Furthermore, to stabilize partner management, a policy is in place to pay delivery fees in cash to small and medium-sized partners with sales under 100 billion KRW.

Recognizing these efforts, Hyundai Transys received the highest grade, the Excellence grade, in the '2022 Mutual Growth Index' evaluation announced by the Mutual Growth Committee in September last year. Notably, it was the only company in the automotive parts industry to receive the Excellence grade for nine consecutive years, earning the title of 'Excellence Honor Company.'
