On the 26th (local time), Kim met with Mark Lohmeyer, Vice President of Google Cloud AI and Machine Learning Infrastructure, at Google's headquarters in Mountain View, California, USA, to establish a mid- to long-term collaboration model between the two companies.
The companies plan to collaborate on ▲applying AI technology throughout the game development process to provide new gaming experiences ▲introducing Google Cloud services for data analysis and live service operation optimization in game development and operations ▲developing platforms to build a gaming ecosystem ▲implementing 'Gemini for Google Workspace' to enhance overall productivity. They also intend to continuously expand their global collaboration areas.
NCSoft plans to leverage Google Cloud's 'Vertex AI,' which includes Gemini and Gemma, to advance its self-developed generative AI language model 'VARCO.'
