Under this agreement, Boram Sangjo Leaders and Hurey Positive will jointly promote the development of IoT-based digital senior care services and conduct joint research on AI technology-utilized senior care platforms and health prediction services. Additionally, they plan to establish various cooperation models to expand the senior care market.

Songha Lee, CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of Boram Sangjo Leaders, stated, “This business expansion marks an important turning point where funeral services are upgraded once again,” emphasizing, “The IoT and AI-based digital healthcare service, the first attempt in the funeral service industry, is essential not only for the main customer base of the funeral industry, the 40s to 60s generation, but also for customers of all ages.”

He continued, “Our company aims to move beyond merely providing formal healthcare services to offering services that provide real help to customers,” adding, “In the future, we plan to launch an upgraded service equipped with a care system for elderly parents living alone.”

Since its establishment in 2010, Hurey Positive has introduced various services through collaborations with large corporations such as POSCO, Hyundai Motor Group, and HMM. It has also partnered with insurance companies like Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance and Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance to launch health management services. Through these efforts, it holds the industry's highest sales and largest investment attraction records.

A representative service is the app-based health management service. This service links subscribers' usual health information such as blood sugar levels, meals, exercise, weight, medication, and blood pressure to guide appropriate health management methods.

Doa Choi, CEO of Hurey Positive, said, “We are pleased to pursue a partnership with Boram Group, the top funeral company in Korea,” and added, “We will not only build a digital senior care platform that smoothly provides both companies' products and services but also jointly research and develop digital healthcare services covering the entire life cycle to realize total life care.”
