The Youth Culture and Arts Pass Project is a program that supports viewing fees in the pure arts fields such as theater, musicals, classical music, and exhibitions to provide cultural enjoyment opportunities for youth. The city will support 1,133 19-year-old youths on a first-come, first-served basis with 150,000 KRW per person. 100,000 KRW will be paid first, and the remaining 50,000 KRW will be paid later.

The application period is from 10 a.m. on the 28th until November 30 (closing when the budget is exhausted), and the usage period is until December 31 of this year.

Eligible recipients can apply for the Youth Culture and Arts Pass (Pass) issuance by selecting one of the designated partner booking sites (Interpark, YES24), and once they receive the Pass (booking site points, etc.) from the booking site, they can use it when booking performance tickets.

Ticket reservations are limited to pure arts performances (theater, musicals, classical music, opera, ballet, dance, choir, gugak, etc.) and exhibitions. They cannot be used for popular singer concerts, talk concerts, fan meetings, festivals, lectures, religious events, etc.

A city official said, "We hope this will provide local youth with opportunities to enjoy culture without economic burden and serve as a chance to support the creative activities of cultural artists."
