This year, SPC is sponsoring the "My Dream is to be a Patissier" project with a budget worth 100 million KRW and will carry out support activities in three areas targeting children and adolescents using local child centers and social welfare facilities: ▲ Baking and Pastry Expert Development Project ▲ Scholarship Support Project ▲ Baking and Pastry Equipment Support Project.

First, the "Baking and Pastry Expert Development Project" supports participation in "My Dream is to be a Patissier" and provides a baking and pastry education program led by professional instructors. Through participating institutions such as social welfare facilities and youth training centers, a total of 20 teams (10 teams for children and 10 teams for adolescents) will be recruited, and each team will be provided with education expenses worth approximately 2.2 million KRW and opportunities for career exploration.

Additionally, a total of five middle and high school students aspiring to become experts in the baking and pastry field will be selected to receive scholarship funds necessary for activities related to obtaining baking and pastry certifications until high school graduation. The selected institutions will also be supported with professional educational supplies needed for systematic and specialized baking and pastry education and practice through the "Baking and Pastry Equipment Support Project."

Institutions and participants wishing to join can apply by the 10th via the website and email of the nonprofit organization Buseuregi Sarang Nanumhoe.

An official from SPC Happy Foundation stated, "We have been continuing the 'My Dream is to be a Patissier' social contribution project for 13 years to provide a better educational environment for children dreaming of becoming baking and pastry experts," and added, "SPC will continue to offer various opportunities and actively carry out support projects to nurture talent in baking and pastry arts."
