BGF Retail, the operator of convenience store CU, announced on the 26th that it will hold an open recruitment for new employees for the first half of the year until the 9th of next month.
The recruitment targets are graduates and expected graduates (August 2024) of four-year universities, as well as those with equivalent academic qualifications. BGF Retail will hire in four job categories: ▲Sales Management ▲Strategic Planning (New Business) ▲Product Operations ▲Specialized (Logistics, Facilities).
The hiring process will proceed in the order of document screening, AI competency test, first interview, second interview, on-site practical evaluation, and final admission. The on-site practical training is scheduled to take place for about five days in June.
During this open recruitment season, BGF Retail will hold online and offline recruitment briefings to address applicants' questions about the hiring process. These briefings will invite current practitioners from each job category to provide practical and detailed assistance regarding the positions, including major tasks after joining, required competencies, career development directions, and visions, offering various job-related information.
First, to strengthen communication with applicants nationwide and discover local talent, BGF Retail will hold offline recruitment briefings at eight representative universities in various regions. The briefings will be held in the following order: Jeju National University and Chungnam National University on the 1st of next month; Kangwon National University, Jeonbuk National University, Changwon National University, and Chungbuk National University on the 2nd; and Gangneung-Wonju National University and Chonnam National University on the 3rd.
For applicants who cannot attend offline, similar recruitment briefings will be held online. By accessing the application address provided in the recruitment announcement and pre-registering, applicants can participate in the online briefing scheduled for the 4th of next month.
Additionally, in line with the first half open recruitment schedule, recruitment for officers who have been or are expected to be discharged in the first half of the year will be conducted only for the Sales Management job category. Eligible candidates are those discharged or expected to be discharged before July this year. Detailed eligibility criteria and main selection schedules can be found in the recruitment announcement on the recruitment website on March 27.
