AI service platform company 'Lutton Technologies (Lutton)' has rolled out an update that prominently features AI search functionality. This allows users to ask unlimited questions to the chatbot without any cost burden and also obtain information on the latest issues.
Updated on the 26th, Lutton's AI search service analyzes the user's question intent and then explores highly relevant and useful real-time web information. It combines the search results with AI models to generate and provide detailed and highly readable answers that best match the question intent. It aims to enhance user satisfaction and trust by providing information sources, related content, and follow-up questions.
Users can also receive answers to the latest information such as neologisms, with no limits on the number of questions and answers or cost burden. Additionally, it can be freely used on all devices without distinction between PC and mobile. Since January, Lutton has been conducting public user testing of the AI search service in both Korea and Japan, and now officially launched the service in both countries.
Se-young Lee, CEO of Lutton, said, "Nearly half of Lutton users in their teens and twenties search for information on various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok," adding, "We will strive to popularize AI by responding to these changes with AI search."
