The Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) and the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements announced on the 25th that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for information exchange and joint research promotion in the field of real estate finance at the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements' main conference room in Sejong City.

At the signing ceremony, HUG President Yoo Byung-tae, Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements President Shim Kyo-eon, and other officials attended. Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to cooperate on discovering and promoting joint research projects for mutual development, conducting research to establish an information system in the field of real estate finance, and presenting and promoting research outcomes through mutual cooperation. They will also strive to establish a leading policy foundation in the field of real estate finance.
President Yoo said, "By signing this MOU with the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements, which leads real estate policy research, we will jointly promote cooperative projects to ensure the housing stability of the people."
