President's Approval Rating Drops 2.1%p to 36.5%
Democratic Party 42.8%, People Power Party 37.1%

President Yoon Suk-yeol's approval rating for his administration has declined for four consecutive weeks. The Democratic Party's support rate slightly increased, while the People Power Party's support rate slightly decreased. The gap in approval ratings is within the margin of error at 5.7 percentage points.

According to a public opinion poll released on the 25th by Realmeter (commissioned by Energy Economy Newspaper, conducted from the 18th to the 22nd with 2,509 voters aged 18 and older nationwide, using 97% mobile and 3% landline automated response method), President Yoon's administration approval rating dropped by 2.1 percentage points from the previous week to 36.5%. Negative evaluations rose by 1.7 percentage points to 60.1%. This is the first time in two months that negative evaluations have exceeded 60%.

In party support, the Democratic Party and the People Power Party are in a close race within the margin of error. According to a Realmeter poll (commissioned by Energy Economy Newspaper, conducted from the 21st to the 22nd with 1,004 voters aged 18 and older nationwide, using 97% mobile and 3% landline automated response method), the Democratic Party's support rate rose by 2.0 percentage points to 42.8%. The People Power Party's support rate fell by 0.8 percentage points to 37.1%. The Reform New Party decreased by 0.4 percentage points to 3.8%, and the New Future Party increased by 0.5 percentage points to 3.1%.

In proportional representation party voting, the People Power Party's satellite party, People’s Future, dropped by 1.3 percentage points to 29.8%, the Innovation Party rose by 0.9 percentage points to 27.7%, and the Democratic Party's satellite party, the Democratic Union, increased by 2.1 percentage points to 20.1%.
