Meeting with About 10 Local Youth... In-Depth Conversation on Issues Faced by Youth

Lee Nak-yeon, the candidate for Gwangsan-gu (Eul), Gwangju Metropolitan City, had a meaningful meeting with local youth on the first weekend after registering as a candidate for the 22nd National Assembly election and engaged in candid conversations.


On the afternoon of the 23rd, Candidate Lee spent time communicating with about 10 young people active in the Gwangju area at a hof in Gwangsan-gu.

To strengthen communication with the local community and directly hear the voices of youth, he had in-depth discussions with people from various backgrounds about the issues faced by young people in Gwangju and nationwide.


At this gathering, various opinions were exchanged regarding the population outflow problem facing the Gwangju region and the concerns and difficulties experienced by young people.


A young person running an AI business in Gwangju shared several challenges currently faced in the ongoing AI project.


Regarding this, Candidate Lee said, “If I enter the National Assembly, I will strive to reflect the opinions of young people in policies to resolve difficulties in business operations,” adding, “In the era of decentralization, I will spare no effort at the National Assembly level to provide comprehensive support for jobs so that cultural artists and local residents can work stably.”


They also discussed solutions to various problems faced by young people. Candidate Lee emphasized the importance of continuously reflecting the voices from the field in policies through ongoing dialogue and communication with youth to solve these issues.


Candidate Lee plans to actively respond to various problems faced by young people not only in Gwangju but also nationwide.


Going forward, he will continue to listen to diverse voices from the local community, gather opinions from young people, and seek solutions to the problems they face.
