Busan Gijang-gun Ilgwang-eup Administrative Welfare Center operates the ‘Haetsal Health Consultation Office,’ which provides health consultations for visitors to the office.
Ilgwang-eup Administrative Welfare Center operates a health consultation office on the third Wednesday of every month.
The ‘Haetsal Health Consultation Office’ is a health consultation window for residents visiting the administrative welfare center. Starting from its first operation on the 20th, it is held every third Wednesday of the month from 2 PM to 5 PM on the first floor of the eup office building.
A nursing officer is assigned to conduct basic health measurements such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol, provide various health information, and offer one-on-one customized health management services.
Additionally, when necessary, dementia cognitive screening tests (CIST) and depression tests (SGDS/PHQ-9) are conducted to detect related diseases early, and high-risk groups will be referred to specialized institutions.
Jo Woo-jin, the head of Ilgwang-eup, said, “Through customized health consultations, I hope residents can detect health risk factors early and become more interested in their health. We will continue to promote public health projects in the region to support the health improvement of local residents.”
