[Tomorrow's Weather] Clear and Mild in Central Region... Cloudy and Rainy in Jeju and Southern Areas

On Sunday the 24th, the central region will be mostly clear and mild. The southern region and Jeju Island are expected to be mostly cloudy.

Rain that began on the 23rd in Jeju Island will continue until the afternoon of this day, and rain is also forecast for the coastal areas of Jeollanam-do and the coastal areas of Gyeongnam until the morning.

The expected rainfall over the two days until the 24th is 5 to 10 mm for the coastal areas of Jeollanam-do, Busan, Ulsan, and the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and less than 5 mm for the inland areas of Gwangju and Jeollanam-do.

Jeju Island will receive 10 to 40 mm of rain (with more than 60 mm in the mountainous areas and southern mid-mountain regions of Jeju Island), and some places may experience strong rain of 10 to 20 mm per hour accompanied by gusts, thunder, and lightning until the morning, so caution is advised for safety accidents.

The morning low temperatures are forecast to be between 3 and 12 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures between 12 and 22 degrees Celsius, which is higher than the average (morning low -2 to 6 degrees, daytime high 11 to 15 degrees). Especially around the Seoul metropolitan area, many places will see daytime temperatures rise above 20 degrees, making it mild.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea and West Sea, and 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
