Eyes Entertainment, a company developing entertainment content based on artificial intelligence (AI), announced on the 21st that it has secured a seed round investment of 10 billion KRW from Bon Angels Venture Partners. Eyes Entertainment was founded by Namgung Hoon, the former CEO of Kakao.
Eyes Entertainment is a company creating a new play culture in the AI era. By utilizing AI, it connects content tailored to users' interests to form fandoms
and plans to provide entertainment content that allows various interactions.
Song In-ae, CEO of Bon Angels Venture Partners, who led this investment, stated, "Eyes Entertainment is a team with sufficient capability and expertise to build a platform based on AI content," adding, "We expect them to demonstrate a distinctive presence in the AI industry."
CEO Namgung said, "Eyes Entertainment will create a fandom-centered entertainment culture with interest-based content using AI technology and deliver experiences that make AI enjoyable," and added, "As an organization involving experts from fields such as gaming, messenger services, and artificial intelligence, we aim to lead the AI market with entertainment content."
