CJ OnStyle Sees 21% Saturday Sales Increase After Introducing Same-Day Delivery

Fast Delivery Handles 1.3 Million Shipments
Plans to Expand to Mobile Live Broadcasts Within the Year

CJ OnStyle announced that TV live sales have increased by 21% compared to the same period last year since the introduction of the 'Saturday Same-Day Delivery' service.

According to CJ OnStyle on the 21st, the company has been operating the 'Oneul One (O-NE)' service since September last year, which offers free same-day delivery for live broadcast orders placed from 1:00 AM to 10:20 AM on Saturdays.

CJ OnStyle currently applies fast delivery to about 32% of its TV live programming. The programming ratio is dominated by categories with high demand for fast delivery, such as health foods, fashion, and beauty, which account for more than half.

CJ OnStyle's fast delivery service operates in a dual system: beauty and health foods are shipped from the Gunpo logistics center, while fashion items are handled at the integrated logistics center in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. It is known that the total volume of shipments through the fast delivery service has approached 1.3 million in the past six months.

CJ OnStyle will launch 'Health is Coming' at 7:20 AM on the 23rd. This is a Saturday same-day delivery program for health food orders, and the launch product is 'Oh Haru Everyday Nuts,' which has 260,000 repeat customers.

Gu Cheonghwan, head of CJ OnStyle's SCM Planning Team, said, "With open markets recently entering holiday delivery as well, the competition for delivery speed in the distribution industry will become even fiercer. Based on the meaningful results of weekend delivery first introduced in TV live, we plan to expand fast delivery services to T-commerce and mobile live broadcasts."
