‘Hillstate Jungoe Park’ is a complex where you can enjoy both the special project of Jungoe Park in Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and the brand power of Hillstate.
This complex consists of a total of 1,466 households (Block 2 with 785 households, Block 3 with 681 households), all of which are medium to large-sized units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 157㎡. It is a joint construction project by Hyundai Engineering and Beomyang Construction, currently conducting first-come, first-served building and unit designation contracts.
Various benefits are also provided to reduce the burden of housing costs. Financial benefits include a 5% down payment at the time of contract, a fixed amount of 5 million KRW for the first installment, and zero interest on all interim payments. Especially, considering that most complexes recently launched in Gwangju Metropolitan City offer deferred interest on interim payments, this significantly reduces the financial burden caused by interest rate fluctuations. Interim payments are scheduled to be made after the six-month resale restriction period, allowing resale before interim loans.
A sales official stated, "Hillstate brand apartments in Gwangju Metropolitan City have considerable brand power, leading the local market prices, which has resulted in many inquiries from prospective buyers."
The special project of Jungoe Park in Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, where the complex is being developed, is a large-scale development project covering approximately 2.08 million square meters. Jungoe Park is composed of four themed districts?Museum District, Biennale District, Children’s Grand Park District, and Yeonje-Dongun District?harmonizing with the cultural and artistic infrastructure located within the site.
The complex’s exterior design incorporates a curtain wall look with glass finishes to give a luxurious feel, and some units feature low-floor terraces and duplex models. Additionally, the layout mainly faces south (from southeast to southwest) and applies a plate-type floor plan that allows cross ventilation to enhance openness, ventilation, and natural lighting. Features such as pantries, entrance storage, and dressing rooms have also been introduced to improve space utilization.
Both Block 2 and Block 3 dedicate about 40% of the total complex area to landscaping, enhancing comfort. Major facilities include a central green plaza, water garden, colorful playground, forest playground, fun playground, pocket garden, and moon playground. Move-in is scheduled for December 2026.
