Setopia announced on the 20th that the submission of the consolidated audit report is being delayed. This is because additional time is required for the preparation and supplementation of materials necessary to complete the external audit.
The company must submit the audit report by the 20th, one week before the shareholders' regular general meeting scheduled for the 28th of this month.
A Setopia representative explained, "The audit procedures are delayed solely due to a lack of physical time, and we will disclose the consolidated audit report immediately upon receipt from the auditor."
