NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters, Hires 37 Local Community-Focused Talents

NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters announced on the 19th that it held an ‘Appointment Certificate Ceremony’ for 37 new employees at level 6.


The event held on the 18th was attended by Cho Cheong-rae, Head of NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters, and Ryu Seung-wan, Chairman of the Gyeongnam Regional Committee of the NH Nonghyup Branch of the National Financial Industry Labor Union, who congratulated the new employees on their successful employment.

A blind recruitment process without restrictions on age, gender, education, or major was conducted, and a non-face-to-face online written exam was held to facilitate applicants’ accessibility.


The newly hired employees will complete two weeks of group training, including basic education as bankers and job training for practical work, and will be assigned to various branches within Gyeongnam.


Additionally, continuous support will be provided to help them develop their capabilities as bankers through follow-up practical training conducted online and a one-on-one mentoring system.


Head Cho said, “I am pleased that excellent talents from our region have become part of the NH Nonghyup Bank family to realize a new Korea Nonghyup,” and added, “NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters will continue to grow together with the local community as a financial institution by continuously hiring local talent.”


NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeongnam Headquarters has contributed to revitalizing the local economy by creating jobs through hiring a total of 105 local talents over the past three years.
