Kia Conducts First Half New Employee Recruitment... Hiring for 12 Departments

Hosting Online and Offline Recruitment Briefings

Kia is conducting recruitment for new college graduate employees in the first half of the year.


Kia announced on the 19th that it will be recruiting new employees until the 1st of next month. The recruitment covers 19 positions across 12 departments including ▲Global Business Management ▲Purchasing ▲Management Support ▲Management Support (Autoland Hwaseong) ▲Product ▲Production (Autoland Hwaseong, Autoland Gwangju) ▲Policy Development ▲Manufacturing Solutions (Production Technology) ▲Communication Center ▲Special Projects ▲Quality ▲Purpose Built Vehicle (PBV) Business.


Anyone who is expected to graduate from a four-year regular university by August 2024 or holds a bachelor's or master's degree can apply. The final successful candidates will be announced and onboarded in June. Preference will be given to persons with disabilities, national veterans, low-income individuals, and multicultural families.


A recruitment briefing session will also be held, guided directly by current employees and HR personnel. The session aims to provide detailed information about the recruitment process, job introductions, and other information needed by job seekers.


First, an online recruitment briefing using the metaverse (extended virtual world) is scheduled for the 29th. Interested candidates can attend after pre-registering on the Kia recruitment website by the 25th of this month.


From the 20th to the 27th, offline recruitment briefings will be held at four universities nationwide. Detailed information can be found on the Kia recruitment website.


A Kia representative said, "We plan to select key talents who will lead the establishment of a new mobility ecosystem through PBV," adding, "We hope for the interest and applications of capable talents who will lead future mobility."
