The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will strengthen cooperation and communication to enhance understanding of personnel management tasks for private school teachers and to promote smooth administrative work.

On the 20th, the Office of Education will conduct the "2024 First Half Private School Teacher Personnel Management Staff Training" at the Southern Office of Education.

Through this training, the Office of Education will provide lectures and discussions on topics such as ▲general operation of private school teacher personnel management ▲discipline of private school teachers ▲formation of communication networks among personnel management staff of private schools at education support offices ▲case-centered practical work of private school teacher personnel management.

In particular, there will be time to share precedents and cases related to teacher disciplinary work and to review major cases of personnel guidance and inspection for private schools by each education office, providing detailed explanations of tasks in each area of teacher personnel management.

The Office of Education expects that through this training, sharing private school teacher personnel policies and enhancing the understanding of staff in charge, as well as strengthening the cooperation system between the Office of Education and education support offices, will greatly support private school sites within the province.
