Applications Accepted Until the 22nd
Saemaeul Geumgo announced on the 18th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees in the first half of the year. A total of 192 people will be hired across 133 branches nationwide.
Applications must be submitted from today until the 22nd. Final candidates will be selected through document screening, written tests, and interviews. The written test will be held on Saturday, April 13, at 13 regional test centers nationwide. Personality tests and NCS basic vocational competency evaluations will be conducted.
The interview will take place at the Saemaeul Geumgo branch to which the applicant applied. At least one external interviewer will participate as an evaluator, and all interview evaluators are required to submit a pledge and confirmation stating that they have no special relationship such as kinship or affinity with the applicant, ensuring fairness and objectivity in the evaluation process.
Applicants who fail the final interview will be automatically registered in the "New Employee Talent Pool." Before the start of the open recruitment in the second half of 2024, if new employee recruitment occurs at a Saemaeul Geumgo branch adjacent to the region where the applicant applied, they will be given an additional interview opportunity.
