Naju City to Open 'Individual Official Land Prices' for Review and Feedback Until the 8th of Next Month

Naju City, Jeollanam-do, will disclose the individual publicly announced land prices for 267,865 parcels within its jurisdiction as of January 1, 2024, and will allow landowners and stakeholders to review and provide opinions.

According to the city on the 18th, the individual land price review will be available from the 19th until the 8th of next month through the Real Estate Public Price Notification website, the Citizen Service Division at City Hall, or the administrative welfare centers in the town, township, and neighborhood where the land is located.

After reviewing the individual land prices, landowners or stakeholders with opinions can visit the Citizen Service Division at City Hall or the administrative welfare centers in the town, township, and neighborhood in person to submit their written opinions by the 8th of next month.

For lands with submitted opinions, the city will re-investigate whether the prices are balanced with nearby lands and standard lands.

Subsequently, after re-verification by the responsible appraiser and deliberation by the Naju City Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, the results will be notified to the opinion submitters.

The final individual publicly announced land prices will be decided and announced on the 30th of next month.

A city official stated, “Since individual land prices serve as the basis for imposing various taxes and charges such as property tax and acquisition tax, landowners and stakeholders are strongly encouraged to review them within the designated period.”
