Yongsan-gu, Seoul (Mayor Park Hee-young) attracted attention on the 15th as Mayor Park Hee-young appeared as a one-day DJ for the first broadcast of the 'Integrity Radio.'

Since 2021, 'Integrity Radio' has been operated with employees serving as one-day DJs, delivering stories of integrity and various themed integrity content through in-house broadcasts before work every other Friday.

The district has moved away from conventional formal integrity policies and has been well received by conveying integrity messages in a pleasant and easy-to-understand manner through the voices of fellow employees, thereby forming a consensus on integrity.

In the first broadcast on the 15th, to encourage employees' interest and participation, Mayor Park Hee-young directly participated as a special DJ to announce the start of 'Integrity Radio.'

This broadcast was in the form of a visible radio, simultaneously transmitted as a screen broadcast to individual computers, containing stories that the mayor wanted to convey as a fellow employee to the staff living in a time-driven society.

He encouraged Yongsan-gu public officials who strive not to fall behind in a society where every minute and second is the most important resource. He also emphasized communication with surrounding colleagues and urged the creation of a positive culture where people praise each other.

Mayor Park Hee-young said, “Integrity is an essential virtue that public officials must have, no matter how much it is emphasized.” He added, “It was an enjoyable time to communicate with employees as a one-day DJ.”
