Since 2022, the Gumi City Agricultural Products Processing Startup Education Program has been a long-term and specialized course aimed at cultivating professionals to revitalize agricultural product processing startups by providing education on processing, startups, and food hygiene to citizens interested in processing startups.

This basic course, starting with the opening ceremony on the 12th, will be held every Tuesday until April 30, with 4 hours per session, totaling 8 sessions and 32 hours of education. It covers the overall aspects of agricultural product processing startups, including the current status of the food industry, agricultural food processing methods, basics of HACCP and understanding of the Food Sanitation Act, distribution of agricultural products, and marketing strategies.
