Recruitment of First 400 Applicants by April 11
Ulsan City will hold its first real estate academy introducing real estate tax systems and knowledge to prevent transaction accidents for citizens.
On the 15th, Ulsan City announced that it will host the '1st Real Estate Lecture' with citizens on April 23 at 10 a.m. in the main building's 2nd-floor auditorium of City Hall.
The lecture will begin with a real estate policy lecture by Professor Kwon Dae-jung from Sogang University Graduate School, followed by 'Jeonse Damage and Real Estate Transaction Accident Prevention Education' by lawyer Sung Chang-woo from the Korea Real Estate Board, and 'Real Estate Tax Practical Education' by tax accountant Kwon Moon-eop.
A total of 400 students will be recruited on a first-come, first-served basis from the 15th until April 11, and any Ulsan citizen interested in real estate education can attend for free.
To apply, download the application form from the Ulsan City website and send it by fax or email to the Ulsan Metropolitan City Branch of the Korea Association of Realtors.

An official from Ulsan City said, "We aim to help stabilize citizens' housing by sharing information that can prevent various government real estate policies and jeonse damages."
