SJ Labor Law Firm (SJ Labor Law Firm, CEO Certified Labor Attorney Lee Jeong-hyun) announced on the 15th that it conducted training on understanding labor inspections and response strategies by issue for HR and labor managers at Center Point Gwanghwamun on March 14.

During the training, SJ Labor Law Firm presented the recent trends in labor inspections and key inspection points in a focused manner to help companies efficiently respond to the rapidly changing employment environment.

Deputy CEO and labor attorney Lee Yeon-kyung of SJ Labor Law Firm, who gave the lecture, covered practical topics including ▲ an overview of the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s labor inspections, ▲ government labor inspection directions and recent trends, ▲ step-by-step precautions when responding to labor inspections, and ▲ key points and improvement measures for labor inspections.

The training attracted significant interest from HR managers of major domestic conglomerates and public institutions. One HR labor manager who participated in the training said, “Through today’s training, I was able to understand the overall labor inspections, which have been gaining importance recently,” and added, “It was very helpful to learn how to practically prepare and respond.”

Meanwhile, SJ Labor Law Firm conducts HR and labor training annually for HR and labor managers of companies and public institutions, and this year, six sessions on various topics are scheduled. The next training, titled ‘PIP System and Low Performer Management Measures,’ will be held on April 11, where CEO Labor Attorney Lee Jeong-hyun plans to share know-how with HR and labor managers based on years of accumulated experience in PIP cases and consulting.
