CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) is an organization that annually evaluates and discloses the climate change response and water management performance of major listed companies worldwide, regarded as the most reliable sustainability assessment. The 'CDP Korea Awards,' hosted annually by the CDP Korea Committee, honors companies with outstanding evaluation results. The 'Carbon Management Sector Honors' selects high-scoring companies across nine sectors, including finance.

IBK Industrial Bank earned a 'Leadership A-' rating in the '2023 CDP Evaluation,' marking its second consecutive year receiving the 'Carbon Management Sector Honors.' Improved scores in climate change-related business strategies, portfolio impact, and supply chain management contributed to its selection as an excellent company.
