ComeInWash, the No.1 brand of touchless automatic car wash in Korea (CEO Yang Seok-won of Fire Co., Ltd.), is accelerating its entry into the global car wash market by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to establish a joint venture with Sultan, CEO of Kingdom Group, an investment company in Saudi Arabia, for entering the Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern car wash markets.
The Saudi Arabian joint venture plans to build a ComeInWash factory in Saudi Arabia to develop touchless automatic car wash machines dedicated to the Middle Eastern domestic market and to implement eco-friendly car washing considering the region’s scarcity of water. The first goal is to export at least 1,000 car wash machines over three years starting in 2024. Additionally, as part of the joint venture, Kingdom Group and NMOHUB are promoting the establishment of landmark-level touchless automatic car wash stations utilizing available real estate assets and gas stations of the world’s largest oil companies.
The first ComeInWash-branded car wash station in Saudi Arabia will begin construction in May 2024. Building on this foundation, the company plans to expand into other Middle Eastern countries such as Bahrain and the UAE, as well as the North African and European car wash markets, solidifying its position as a global car wash brand.
Fire Co., Ltd., the operator of ComeInWash, is also aiming to enter the Asian and American markets including the United States, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Prior to establishing the Saudi Arabian joint venture, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) related to entering the Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern car wash markets in November last year. From February 29 to March 1, they inspected the ComeInWash Factory located in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, as well as the ComeInWash HD Hannam branch installed at a gas station currently operated in partnership with HD Hyundai Oilbank, and the ComeInWash E1 Incheon Seoun branch in collaboration with E1, the largest LPG company in Korea, confirming the high competitiveness of Fire Co., Ltd.
