First Emoticon Featuring Twin Pandas
Everland's Kakao emoticon series themed around the panda family continues to be popular. Following the first-place rankings of the 2nd and 3rd series within a day, the newly released 4th series also reached number one.
Everland, operated by Samsung C&T Resort Division, announced on the 14th that the 4th Kakao emoticon series "Pubao is Our Sister" ranked first in the overall popularity chart just one day after its release. The Bao Family emoticon 4th series, unveiled on the morning of the 13th, gained popularity by ranking first across most age groups, from teenagers to those over their 40s.

The new emoticons are the fourth in the Bao Family series, following "Pubao is One Year Old," "Pubao is Three Years Old," and "Pubao is Our Daughter." They feature scenes of the beloved Pubao family from videos uploaded on Everland's YouTube channel. This series also marks the first appearance of the twin sisters, Ruibao and Huibao.
An Everland official said, "Reflecting fans' wishes to collect various appearances of the panda family, we released emoticons featuring not only Pubao but also the twin younger sisters, Ruibao and Huibao."
Meanwhile, Ruibao and Huibao, who went on an outing to Panda World last January, are receiving love and attention from fans for their cute appearances and adorable behaviors. The twin pandas, who weighed only 180g and 140g respectively at birth, have grown to weigh 20kg each after about eight months.
