SK C&C "Transforming into a Customized AI Service Company"... Presenting New Digital Solutions

SK C&C has announced its vision to grow into a company that provides customized enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) services.


On the 12th, SK C&C held the 'Digital ONE 2024' event at the Grand Intercontinental Parnas Hotel in Seoul.


At the event, Yoon Poong-young, President of SK C&C, presented the company's future vision as a 'Global Enterprise AI Service Company.' This signifies providing generative AI tailored to customers, intelligentizing both general and specialized customer tasks, and enabling easy and rapid integration of generative AI into customer cloud systems.


President Yoon emphasized, "With the revolutionary advancement of generative AI technology, the advent of the Green Transition, geopolitical changes, and labor force shifts due to aging, a mega trend has emerged, ushering in an era of enterprise AI innovation that surpasses the current digital transformation (DX)."


SK C&C showcased countermeasures suitable for the era of enterprise AI innovation, which prioritizes AI across digital businesses and services such as generative AI, cloud, ESG (environment, social, and governance), and digital factories.


In particular, SK C&C announced the enterprise AI solution 'Solur' as the key to successful AI DX tailored to industries and customers. Solur supports the construction and utilization of various large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI's 'ChatGPT' and 'GPT-4,' Naver's 'HyperCLOVA X,' as well as lightweight language models (sLLMs) customized for corporate tasks.


Additionally, it is equipped with proprietary data utilization optimization technologies such as AI prompts, internal data repositories, and AI orchestrators. The company explained that the search-augmented generation (RAG) technology, which combines external LLMs with internal corporate information retrieval systems in real time, also enhances AI accuracy.


The AI chat service 'MyChat,' which is pre-installed in Solur, supports financial information and market trend analysis, report writing and summarization, translation, and more. The AI chat, also applied in financial sector AI consultation services, provides consultation results and supporting documents immediately in response to inquiries from bank or insurance customers. It also supports AI services specialized by job function, including coding, human resources, finance and accounting, legal affairs, regulatory compliance, purchasing and logistics, production management, research and development (R&D), information technology (IT) development, marketing, and customer management.


Alongside Solur, companies can adopt cloud-native solutions for AI service deployment. It supports the selection and application of generative AI tailored to each customer's unique cloud environment.


SK C&C also introduced 'CodeGreen,' the nation's only comprehensive digital ESG solution supporting corporate green transition for the first time. Through CodeGreen, companies can more easily and quickly establish a digital ESG management system suited to their needs.


Starting with ESG consulting by its digital consulting subsidiary 'Ackerton Partners,' SK C&C emphasized that ESG services can be provided anytime through ▲ the comprehensive ESG diagnosis platform 'Click ESG,' ▲ the carbon reduction certification and trading platform 'Centero,' and ▲ the 'Digital Carbon Passport Platform,' which enables carbon emission management at the Scope 3 level.


Meanwhile, SK C&C prepared 29 presentation sessions and 5 theme-based experiential exhibition booths to share core business and technology capabilities and cases under themes such as ▲ AI ▲ cloud ▲ digital factory ▲ digital ESG ▲ digital X.
