Donghwa Enterprise announced on the 12th that it plans to split the par value of its common stock from 500 KRW per share to 200 KRW per share.
This par value split aims to provide trading opportunities to a wider range of investors by increasing the number of circulating shares.
After the split, the total number of issued shares will increase from 20,215,395 shares to 50,538,487 shares.
Trading will be suspended from April 12 to May 2 for the split, and is expected to resume on May 3.
A Donghwa Enterprise official stated, "This par value split is intended to expand investment opportunities for investors and enhance shareholder value."
