"Come See the Milky Way" ... BNK Gyeongnam Bank Gallery 'Yoon-Sang Lee Photo Exhibition'

BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 11th that it is currently holding the BNK Gyeongnam Bank Gallery rental exhibition, "Lee Yoonsang Photo Exhibition," until the 22nd.

Under the theme "A Journey to Find the Milky Way," this exhibition features 20 photographs of the Milky Way taken across the Gyeongnam region.

The works showcase tourist spots harmonized with the Milky Way, including Hanusan in Uiryeong-gun, Hwangmaesan in Hapcheon, Daraengi Village in Namhae-gun, Sangjokam in Goseong-gun, Changpowon in Geochang-gun, and Yeochahongpo Observatory in Geoje-si.

Photographer Lee Yoonsang has continued his photography work focusing on the Milky Way for a long time, recalling his childhood memories with his mother.

He has won numerous awards at events such as the Gyeongnam Tourism Expo Gyeongnam Tourist Attractions Photo Exhibition, Gyeongsangnam-do Nightscape Photo Contest, and National Park Photo Contest, and is currently working in the Tourism Education Department at Haman County Office.

The Lee Yoonsang Photo Exhibition at BNK Gyeongnam Bank Gallery is free to view for customers visiting the BNK Gyeongnam Bank headquarters and local residents on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Choi Daesik, head of the Social Contribution and Public Relations Department, said, "For photographer Lee Yoonsang, the Milky Way was like the warm love of a mother's embrace itself. We hope many customers and local residents will appreciate the Milky Way works, the river of stars, and feel the meaning the artist intended to express."

Meanwhile, BNK Gyeongnam Bank has been holding the "2024 First Half BNK Gyeongnam Bank Gallery Rental Exhibition" from last month’s Prairie Invitational Exhibition through July.

Following the Lee Yoonsang Photo Exhibition, the third BNK Gyeongnam Bank rental exhibition, "Jo Seongje Photo Exhibition," is scheduled to be held from the 25th to April 5th.
