They requested the participation of disabled voters in the election and provided information on voting convenience systems for disabled voters, such as the application system for transportation support vehicles to polling stations for severely disabled voters and convenience facilities at polling stations.

The attendees experienced the voting procedures, including identity verification and receiving ballots, using early voting equipment. They also experienced mock voting with the improved 'special-type marking tools.' They spent time communicating and exchanging opinions to check whether election-related equipment and materials are suitable for disabled voters.

A representative of the Jeonbuk Election Commission said, "We will continuously improve various systems and materials through ongoing communication and exchange of opinions with related organizations," adding, "We will make relentless efforts to ensure that all citizens of the Republic of Korea can exercise their voting rights without inconvenience."
