The subscription schedule is as follows: special supply on March 11, first priority on the 12th, and second priority on the 13th. The announcement of winners will be on the 20th, and the official contract period will be held for three days from the 31st to April 2. The contract conditions are 10% deposit, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance payment. Among the deposit, 10 million KRW is paid at the time of contract, and the remaining amount must be paid within 30 days after the contract. Move-in is scheduled for September 2026.
