Jungjingong, 50 New Entry-Level Employees Hired in the First Half of the Year

Online Application Submission from the 8th to the 21st

The Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on the 6th that it will create new jobs by hiring 50 new employees in the first half of 2024. The recruitment scale consists of 35 administrative positions and 15 technical positions, totaling 50 general positions. Among them, some will be separately selected through restricted competition for social equity hiring, including 5 veterans and 4 qualified professionals (lawyers, accountants, tax accountants) to secure specialized personnel.


Applications can be submitted online through the Small and Medium Business Corporation recruitment website from the 8th to the 21st. The detailed selection process includes ▲document screening ▲written test (NCS basic vocational competency evaluation, major multiple-choice) ▲interview stages (first and second rounds), and the final successful candidates will be selected around June after all stages.


This first half new employee recruitment will be conducted through a job-centered blind recruitment method based on the National Competency Standards. The Corporation plans to realize social value through open recruitment without restrictions on age, education, or background, and socially equitable hiring that considers veterans and persons with disabilities, while actively responding to the government's regional balanced growth policy by expanding the recruitment of local talent.


In March, the Corporation will also hold regional “Visiting Recruitment Counseling Sessions” for job seekers interested in employment. They will visit a total of three regions (Capital area, Western area, Eastern area) to provide one-on-one customized recruitment counseling and other recruitment information.
