‘SI Palace Olympic Park,’ located in Seongnae-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, successfully closed all first-priority subscription applications for all unit types on the 5th.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home, 37 units were available for general supply, and with 370 applications received, the subscription ended with an average competition rate of 10 to 1.
The highest competition rate was recorded for the 52T type. With 2 units available and 41 applications received, it achieved a competition rate of 20.5 to 1. The type with the most applications was 52A, with 31 units available and 253 applications, resulting in a competition rate of 8.16 to 1.
Prior to the first-priority subscription, the special supply also saw strong demand, with 238 applicants competing for 21 units, resulting in an average competition rate of 11.3 to 1.
The complex offers a permanent southwest-facing view of Olympic Park in Songpa-gu and is located near Subway Line 8. Although all units are compact 52㎡ exclusive area, the design includes a slab-type 3Bay layout and 3 rooms, with expanded balconies to maximize space utilization.
The announcement of winners will be on the 13th, and official contracts will be signed over three days starting from the 25th. Upon full payment of the sale price after completion, immediate move-in is possible.
