POSCO E&C 'The Sharp Dunchon Foret' First Priority Subscription on the 12th

The Shop Dunchon Foret, developed and sold by Dunchon Hyundai 1st Remodeling Housing Association and constructed by POSCO E&C, is set to begin full-scale sales.

According to POSCO E&C on the 5th, The Shop Dunchon Foret will be built at 30-4 Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and one additional lot, consisting of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 14 above-ground floors, with a total of 572 households. Among these, 74 units will be available for general sale. By exclusive area, there are 26 units of 84㎡A, 26 units of 84㎡B, and 22 units of 112㎡.

The sales schedule starts with special supply on the 11th, followed by first-priority subscription on the 12th, second-priority subscription on the 13th, and the announcement of winners on the 20th. The official contract period is from April 1st to 3rd. First-priority subscription is open to those aged 19 or older who have held a subscription account for at least 12 months and reside in Seoul (applicable area) or Gyeonggi/Incheon (other areas), regardless of home ownership, household head or member status, or re-winning status. For the 84㎡ units, 60% of the supply is by lottery excluding 40% allocated by the point system, and the 112㎡ units are 100% supplied by lottery.

The complex is located near Jungang Veterans Hospital Station on Subway Line 9, making it a transit-oriented location. It offers easy access to Gangbyeonbuk-ro and Olympic-daero, facilitating convenient travel throughout Seoul, and is close to Gangil IC, Sangil IC, and Seo Hanam IC. The Seoul-Sejong Expressway (2025) and the Line 9 extension (2028) are also scheduled to open.

Schools such as Dunchon Middle School right in front of the complex, Sunrin Elementary School, and Dunchon High School are all concentrated nearby, allowing for walking access to elementary, middle, and high schools. Convenience facilities include Jungang Veterans Hospital, Hyundai Department Store, E-Mart, Lotte Cinema, and Gangdong Sacred Heart Hospital.

Within the complex, there will be a sports community featuring an indoor golf practice range, fitness club, GX room, and sauna, as well as an education community including a small library, book cafe, kids’ room, and multi-purpose room.
