Naver will begin open recruitment for new employees starting from the 5th.
This year’s open recruitment will accept applicants for all job categories across four Naver-affiliated corporations: Naver, Naver Cloud, Naver Labs, and Naver Pay. The categories include ▲Tech ▲Service & Business ▲Design ▲Corporate. Anyone who is expected to graduate from university (or graduate school) by February 2025 or has less than one year of relevant experience can apply regardless of their major.
▲For the Tech category, final candidates will be selected through an online coding test and interviews assessing technical and comprehensive competencies. ▲For the Service & Business, Design, and Corporate categories, final candidates will be selected through processes such as the 'Product Development Interview' and the 'Challenge' screening, where applicants complete assigned tasks.
The final successful candidates selected through each screening process will join the company starting in early July. After joining, they will complete various growth support programs, including new employee orientation training, and then be assigned to each corporation and department to take on challenges and grow together as members of 'Team Naver.'
