The 39th Daegu Baby & Kids Fair (Daegu Baeki), a representative childcare expo in Daegu and Gyeongbuk, will be held at EXCO for four days starting from the 7th.
Co-hosted by EXCO and Messe Isang Co., Ltd., and sponsored by Daegu City, Daegu Baeki is the largest baby fair in the Yeongnam region, attracting great interest from expectant and parenting parents and has been a great success at every event. This time, about 150 domestic and international companies related to pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, and education will participate to introduce the latest spring trends.
Along with this, useful seminars and stage programs are prepared. Starting with prenatal classes conducted by Disney World English and Sorimam Class and the infant walking contest "Come On Baby," a free special lecture by Kim Ji-hyun, CEO of "Sleep Better Baby," an expert in infant sleep education, which has recently become a hot topic, will be held on the 8th.
At this exhibition, under the slogan "I am Mother, I can Mother," supporting mothers in the low birthrate era, Namyang Dairy Products will conduct pregnancy and childcare classes. They will share massage methods that help the growth, digestive activity, and immunity of children aged 0 to 3, as well as massage tips for parenting parents. All participants will also have a chance to win various prizes such as newborn swaddles, baby bottles, and strollers through a raffle.
There are also abundant events and special discount opportunities for visitors. SNS events such as word-of-mouth promotion and free admission application certification events will be held, and on-site early bird events will give a box of wet wipes to the first 250 visitors daily. Additionally, there will be three Baeki events held in collaboration with Kyochon Chicken.
Moreover, Baeki gift certificates worth 10,000 won, which can be used like cash on-site, will be sold for 3,000 won to support practical consumption by local residents. The second sale of Baeki gift certificates will be available at 11 a.m. on the 6th.
A representative from Messe Isang Co., Ltd. said, "This Baeki is EXCO’s first baby fair of the year, prepared so that both pregnant women and parenting parents can have satisfactory purchases and experiences, and through consultations, it can lead to beneficial consumption and the exchange of the latest information."
