The Gyeongbuk Education Scholarship Foundation held a scholarship donation ceremony on the 5th at the reception room on the 3rd floor of the Gyeongbuk Office of Education with Park Young-seo, Vice Chairman of the Gyeongbuk Provincial Council, who donated 20 million won in scholarships.


This scholarship will be used to support the activities of the wind orchestra "Mojun Wind Orchestra," the brass band of Mojun Elementary School in Mungyeong, and to provide scholarships to students in the Mungyeong area.

Last August, Park Young-seo, Vice Chairman of the Gyeongbuk Provincial Council, donated 30 million won to the Gyeongbuk Cultural Foundation to improve cultural welfare for local residents and support artists' creative activities, and in 2021, he donated 20 million won to the Gyeongsangbuk-do Education Scholarship Foundation for students in the Gyeongbuk region.


Vice Chairman Park Young-seo said, "I donated to support the precious dreams of the students of Mojun Elementary School's Mojun Wind Orchestra and the students who are striving to achieve their own dreams," adding, "I hope this scholarship will be used meaningfully for the students."


Lim Jong-sik, Chairman of the Gyeongbuk Education Scholarship Foundation, said, "We deeply appreciate Vice Chairman Park Young-seo, who has been continuously donating every year for the local community, and we will use the funds meaningfully to help students achieve their dreams and goals."
