BAT Rossmann, a global company selling Dunhill, Glo, and Vuse, announced on the 4th that it will conduct the "2024 First Half New Employee Open Recruitment" until the 7th of next month.

BAT Rossmann plans to conduct campus recruiting (recruitment briefings) during the recruitment period to communicate with prospective job seekers. To address prospective applicants' questions about the job and provide information about the company's vision and talent values, current employees and HR staff will visit Korea University (March 4?6), Yonsei University (March 4?5), Sogang University (March 4?5), Ewha Womans University (March 19), and others.

Additionally, to strengthen members' personal capabilities, they separately provide ▲leadership training ▲job competency training.
By continuously building a culture that respects the value of each employee and enables them to demonstrate their best capabilities, BAT Rossmann achieved seven awards for two consecutive years at the "2024 Great Place To Work Korea" ceremony hosted by GPTW (Great Place To Work) in February.
