The Ministry of Economy and Finance opened the economic policy direction communication platform 'Let's Work Together on Economic Policy Direction' on its official website on the 3rd.
The Ministry plans to select 28 major tasks from the 2024 economic policy direction that have high public interest, perceived impact, and policy ripple effects, and update the progress status of each task on the platform weekly.
The progress updates will include various content such as video shorts and card news, in addition to related press releases, to help the public easily and enjoyably understand the task details and progress.
The list of 28 major tasks will be revised or supplemented based on public interest.
A public participation page has been prepared to allow citizens to provide their opinions related to the economic policy direction. The Ministry will develop the economic policy direction together with the public by revising and supplementing policy content based on the received public feedback.
The Ministry stated, "With the launch of this platform, the public will be able to conveniently grasp and check the progress of the major tasks in the 2024 economic policy direction at a glance. This will enhance convenience and enable economic policies to communicate with the public, advancing to a new level and serving as a catalyst for a vibrant livelihood economy and a dynamic economy."
