SpaceCloud X Localstitch Partnership... Launch of Meeting Room and Studio Reservations

Living space platform SpaceCloud is conducting a discount event for all meeting rooms and seminar rooms at all branches of Localstitch, a coliving and coworking specialist company.

SpaceCloud announced on the 4th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Localstitch last month and will launch an aggressive promotion targeting Localstitch spaces listed on SpaceCloud.

Starting today, SpaceCloud is holding the ‘Localstitch Brand Exhibition’ to introduce 21 spaces including meeting rooms, gathering spaces, and studios inside Localstitch branches. Along with the exhibition, a coupon event offering discounts on space usage tickets for selected favorite spaces will run for two weeks, actively encouraging SpaceCloud users to book Localstitch spaces.

Localstitch started in 2015 as Korea’s first brand combining coliving and coworking for creators and currently operates 23 branches nationwide. It has attracted investments worth 13.3 billion KRW and launched the ‘Localstitch Creator Town Seogyo’ (hereinafter Seogyo Town) coliving and coworking service with about 300 rooms.

Based on this growth, Localstitch partnered with SpaceCloud for a mass promotion. SpaceCloud is Korea’s largest space rental platform, widely used by people in their 20s to 40s, with a cumulative transaction amount exceeding 110 billion KRW.

Through this partnership, Localstitch is opening its meeting rooms, seminar rooms, kitchen studios, and more, previously available only to existing members, to be reserved and used by anyone via SpaceCloud. Branches are located in accessible areas from the central Seoul area near City Hall and the Namsan Tower area near Myeongdong to Hongdae Entrance Station, Yeonnam, and Seogyo, aiming to attract interest groups ranging from university students to office workers through the partnership.

In particular, Seogyo Town, located in the busy alleys behind Hongdae Entrance Station in the heart of Seogyo-dong, proposes a new lifestyle where solo creators, freelancers, and small brands from various fields freely work and live. Just entering the lounge offers a creative and free inspiration different from conventional shared spaces.

SpaceCloud plans to enhance user convenience by enabling instant reservations of Localstitch’s attractive spaces through SpaceCloud’s ‘Instant Payment’ feature.

A SpaceCloud representative said, “We hope that the Localstitch spaces will be better introduced through SpaceCloud’s exhibition and SCloud coupons event, ultimately creating a synergistic partnership between the two companies.” Localstitch also stated, “Through this partnership, we plan to actively attract not only the primary fandom of creators formed around Localstitch but also office workers in their 30s and 40s and attractive young individuals using SpaceCloud.”
