Donation for Welfare Improvement of Vulnerable Groups
Yeosu City in Jeollanam-do announced that ‘Romantic Yeosu’ (CEO Park Hyun-chul), the operator of the 8th term of Yeosu’s representative tourist content Romantic Pocha, has decided to donate a portion of its profits to vulnerable groups in Jungang-dong.
On the 27th, Jungang-dong (Dongjang Lee Saeng-wook) held a donation agreement ceremony with Romantic Yeosu (CEO Park Hyun-chul) and the Jungang-dong Community Security Council (private chairman Hong Jin-seok) to promote welfare for vulnerable groups in the area.

According to the agreement, ‘Romantic Yeosu’ will designate and donate 4 million won twice a year through the Community Chest of Korea to the Jungang-dong Community Security Council. The donations will be used for housing environment improvement, side dish support projects for vulnerable groups, emergency relief fund support, and more.
Park Hyun-chul, CEO of Romantic Yeosu, stated, “We decided to donate a portion of the profits from operating Romantic Pocha to give back to the local community,” and added, “We will continue to actively participate in volunteer activities for the community.”
Hong Jin-seok, private chairman of the Jungang-dong Community Security Council, said, “We appreciate your interest and participation in supporting neighbors in need within the community,” and added, “This will be a great help in promoting our council’s welfare projects.”
Following this, Lee Saeng-wook, Jungang-dong Dongjang, said, “Thank you for warming the community during these difficult times, and we will carefully look after the vulnerable groups with a heart that repays the donor’s kindness.”
