Chungbuk Eumseong-gun, preparing for city status through population influx, is actively engaging in new town development and housing supply projects.
According to related industries, Eumseong-gun announced plans to supply approximately 33,000 housing units by 2030. Through this, they aim to attract about 52,000 people. Currently home to around 93,000 residents, Eumseong-gun is expected to reach a population of 150,000 by 2030, qualifying for city status.
