Samjong KPMG and Samsung Life Provide Service Support for Family Office VVIP Clients

Samjong KPMG and Samsung Life Insurance have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support services for VVIP clients of Samsung Life Family Office.

According to Samjong KPMG on the 28th, the two parties agreed through the MOU to provide differentiated professional services possessed by Samjong KPMG to family office corporate clients, including ▲corporate management and business valuation consulting ▲corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and succession consulting.

Samsung Life Family Office Center, launched in 2012, has been providing services in comprehensive asset management areas such as business succession, inheritance, gifting, and real estate. With this MOU, the scope of customized solutions has expanded from individual asset management to corporate consulting services for clients.

Kim Idong, Head of Financial Advisory Division at Samjong KPMG, stated, “M&A activities are actively progressing due to the retirement timing of domestic small and medium-sized enterprise founders and issues related to inheritance and gift tax rates on business succession. Through this collaboration, we will do our best as a growth strategy partner to enhance the corporate value of Samsung Life Family Office’s VVIP clients.”
