Hanwha Construction Division will launch sales of 'Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase' in Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do in March.
Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase will be built with 4 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 472 households and exclusive areas ranging from 53 to 84㎡. The number of households by area and type is △53㎡ 100 households △59㎡ 144 households △74㎡A 107 households △74㎡B 81 households △84㎡A 20 households △84㎡B 20 households. Among them, the general sale quantity is a total of 178 households. Including 'Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan' launched in 2021, a Forena brand town of about 1,000 households will be formed.
Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan 2nd Phase is a complex supplied by reconstructing Gojan Yeonrip 9 District. It is located in the city center of Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, which has a high residential preference in Ansan, and has excellent residential conditions such as transportation and education. The model house is scheduled to open in March, and move-in is scheduled for September 2026.
