Goodoc, a Leading Telemedicine Platform, Enhances User Convenience Services

Goodoc, the number one digital healthcare platform in South Korea, announced that following the government's policy on the 23rd to fully allow telemedicine, it plans to focus on seamless service response centered on user convenience.

A Goodoc representative stated, "As patient demand is expected to surge due to the full allowance of telemedicine, we are paying special attention to stabilizing related systems," adding, "Based on our experience operating a nationwide hospital and clinic network telemedicine system during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to focus on creating a user-friendly medical service environment that enables real-time medical services whenever and wherever needed."

Goodoc has established a dedicated telemedicine tab within its platform to provide real-time telemedicine services supported by video communication. In particular, if real-time telemedicine connection is difficult, users can apply for a consultation wait, and available doctors will proactively request consultations with customers, further enhancing user convenience.

Meanwhile, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Goodoc secured a nationwide telemedicine network including approximately 750 hospitals and clinics and about 500 pharmacies, launching its platform service. Accordingly, it plans to faithfully operate its services this time as well, aiming to expand medical accessibility without restrictions of time and space.
